Executive 1:1 Coaching

Many female professionals struggle influencing an environment that is poised for success in their workplace. In every industry today, finding what makes you unique, being authentic and encourages you to find your “voice” are some of the challenges women are facing. Having a coach that is your accountability partner helps you to overcome those challenges, celebrate your triumphs and supports you in reaching and exceeding your goals. Coming through the ranks as one of the only women was tough enough for me…not having a female mentor or coach made that road even bumpier.

Judy Hoberman has been coaching female professionals for over 3 decades. Working in male-dominated industries has given her both the knowledge and sense of humor about how men and women lead, sell, relate, and recruit differently. Her coaching style lets her client know she is there to give them the tools they need to do the work, celebrate with them at each milestone and holds them accountable so they can measure their success. She shows them how to be a leader, of a team, or of themselves, all without acting like a man.

One of my coaching clients said this:

“Vibrant, positive, and entirely a straight shooter. If you find yourself so lucky to be in the wings of Judy Hoberman, you will quickly discover the relentless guide, mentor, friend, and leader she is when she calls you her people. Judy protects her network but is swiftly willing to make solid connections that she knows are right and mutually beneficial. Holding no secret close to her chest, Judy offers insights based on her vast experience. No matter the vertical or the industry, Judy unquestionably brings value to the table.”

One of my male corporate clients said this:

“Judy is simply amazing. The coaching she provided my team allowed me the freedom to do all of the things I love to do. Our company continues to grow year after year because some of the building blocks she put in place years ago. She’s a true “workplace whisperer” and I can’t imagine what my company would have done without her!”

Judy personally works with female leaders intensively and exclusively to create a personal strategic plan, develop systems that saves time and frustration, while helping them find the balance in both their business and personal life. They will be individually supported and have an accountability partner to keep them on target through their professional and personal growth. Accountability is paramount. Each session will have work to complete that she will personally review and share her thoughts.

In Judy, they will have a partner to help process and deal with the challenges and choices they face on a daily basis which can include:

Executive Women’s RoundTable

The Executive Women’s RoundTable is a way to continue to learn and grow, with others that are on the same journey with the same mission. A successful woman doesn’t have to walk alone. This is your community of strong, tenacious, heart-centered professional women.

The goal of the Executive Women’s RoundTable is to help the members improve their leadership skills, communication, and overall performance, both individually and as a team. The idea is to focus on business growth while you listen, guide, trouble-shoot, problem solve, strategize, and support one another when it’s really needed …it’s like having your own Personal Board of Directors.

The result will be the emergence of new mindsets, a trusted community, and more effective leaders. They will understand that they are leaders, with or without a title. These leaders will better understand themselves and know how to lead and grow others into the future.

Here are just some of the benefits:

  1. It provides a safe and supportive environment where executives can share their experiences and learn from each other. This can lead to increased collaboration and cooperation within the team, as well as a better understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses, or as we refer to it as opportunities for growth.

  1. The group can help identify and address any organizational issues that may be affecting the team’s performance. Here we can develop strategies to improve communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  1. The development of a shared vision and mission for the team. By working together, the group can identify their goals and objectives and create a plan to achieve them.

  1. Increased self-awareness, improved interpersonal skills, enhanced emotional intelligence, and a greater understanding of leadership principles and practices. These outcomes can help you become an even more effective leader.

Executive Women’s RoundTable is to help the members improve their leadership skills, communication, and overall performance, both individually and as a team.

Led by Executive Coach, trainer, and mentor Judy Hoberman, this is a community of strong, like-minded professional women who have been there and done that…and want to see others succeed.

My mission is to help One Woman A Day by following an important philosophy, which is my tagline, “Women want to be treated equally, not identically” ®

I asked 100 women what they struggled with most and what I heard more than anything was that they’re looking for real leadership tactics and strategies for how to lead their people. And the dynamics of time management, as old as time, but how do we get more effective.  Its resiliency, especially with everything going on and how can I have that rebound attitude and bounce back quickly?

We need to have the strength of one another to draw from to bring out the best in one another. Look you don’t really want more of what was – but that means now is a rare opportunity to create something new.

Here are just some of the benefits:

For one, it provides a safe and supportive environment where executives can share their experiences and learn from each other. This can lead to increased collaboration and cooperation within the team, as well as a better understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses.

Another benefit is that the group can help identify and address any organizational issues that may be affecting the team’s performance. Here we can develop strategies to improve communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

My favorite benefit is the development of a shared vision and mission for the team. By working together, the group can identify their goals and objectives and create a plan to achieve them.

Let’s not forget increased self-awareness, improved interpersonal skills, enhanced emotional intelligence, and a greater understanding of leadership principles and practices. These outcomes can help you become an even more effective leader.

Members of The Executive Women’s RoundTable said:

“Judy has a way of empowering and encouraging others which changes any negative image you have of yourself.  In its place, you see a reflection of Judy, behind you cheering you on. She always points out the positive side of a situation… Instead of wanting to give up and listening to the negative self-talk, you start to believe that you CAN accomplish what you would like to do.”

“One of the major takeaways from the RoundTable for me was confidence. When I first showed up, I felt that I didn’t belong. That there was nothing I could possibly have to contribute. Yet, once we all got to talking and sharing, I realized I did have expertise to share and could support others. That was a huge benefit to me, my confidence, and my business. Thank you for creating a safe space for that to occur.”
