But as we enter this new year, I want to introduce myself with more than just a title.
I’m Judy Hoberman. Executive Coach. Mastermind Facilitator. Leadership Strategist.
But if you really want to know who I am…I’m a woman who helps other women remember who they are.
I work with women in leadership, especially in financial services, healthcare and other male-dominated industries, lead with clarity, courage and confidence. I coach women who are successful on paper but still wondering if they’re “enough.”
Spoiler alert: They are. You are.

What I actually do is coach executive women privately, confidentially and strategically.
I also lead curated Masterminds for women who are ready for community, clarity and conversations that actually move the needle. It’s for women who are ready to reset their mindset, reconnect their purpose and reclaim their momentum.
What I don’t do are cookie-cutter solutions, one-size-fits-all programs or fluffy empowerment talks. It’s not just about checking goals off a list. It’s about becoming who you already are…with support.
