What Is The Message Women Are Giving?

We all know there are differences between men and women. Studies have been done that document the differences in both genders in building relationships, communication skills and a host of other differences. But that is not where it ends.

Many times women don’t give themselves enough credit and do not self-promote their accomplishments. This becomes evident when you read the numbers of women that do not hold top positions in Corporations. Is that just because of the gender differences or is there something else?

Recently at the TED Women conference, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg had a message to all of the young women who want to get the corner office and discussed the perceptions that men and women have that are holding so many women back from reaching the top.
